After little extra cash?

NOT for Profit organisations are being encouraged by Paterson MP Bob Baldwin to apply for grants of up to $5,000 to purchase equipment and cover the cost of petrol under the 2009 Volunteer Grants program.

In previous years, organisations have used the grants to purchase items such as first aid kits, gardening equipment, microwaves and printers.

Application forms are also available by calling 1800 183 374 or by emailing vg2009@fahcsia.gov.au. Applications close on Friday, September 25, at 5pm.
